Recipients are the people to whom the correspondence is addressed and those to whom it is send as a copy for information.
NOTE: WRENCH and externa users and can be assigned as recipients for a correspondence.
Recipients can be typed in or searched and added from a user list
To type in the recipients
- Enter the recipients in the To.. and Cc..fields. You can enter one or more recipients in these fields. Click the To.. and Cc.. buttons to select users from the Search User window.
If the Project selected have external email id's assigned, in the Search User window, option to search and select external users will be available. By default radio button next to Wrench Users will be selected.
NOTE: It will be possible to paste all the recipients in the correspondence while creating a new mail. When email ids are pasted in the recipient field of a new mail, values are matched with values in the user master, respective user names are fetched and is pasted.

- Enter subject for the correspondence in the Subject field. Subject entered here will be assigned automatically to the Correspondence Description field when the correspondence is saved.
Adding Bcc users
In addition to To and Cc users, Bcc users can also be added as recipients.
To add Bcc users
- Click the Bcc button

A new row is inserted below the Cc field.
NOTE: Bcc row will not appear by default while creating a new correspondence.
After changing the project from the correspondence compose window, if user group or distribution list already exists in the recipient’s field, a warning message is displayed.
Click OK.
If resources in the given project are not available in the already added user groups or distribution list, those groups or distribution list is removed from the recipient list and the following message is displayed.
Click OK to continue.
On removing a project from a correspondence, the following message is displayed.
Click OK to continue. Since the project is removed, recipients in group or distribution list is altered.
In additional values can be specified for the following properties.
Reply Required: If the checkbox next to this option is selected, a reply will be mandatory for the correspondence.
Priority: Select a priority for the mail from a drop-down list. Options available are Low, Medium and High. Priority can be changed by users with
Expected Received Back Date: This is the date by which the sender of the mail expects a reply from the recipient of the mail. Select a date from the date picker.
On sending the correspondence, it will be received by To, Cc and Bcc users. Bcc users will not be visible for any recipients in To, Cc and Bcc.
