Creating a  document package

After registering the documents you can create package with registered documents but creating package will be disabled if documents are not registered.

To create a package from the documents

  1. On the Submittals window select the documents that you want to include in the package. 
  2. On the tool bar click Package.

A pop-up menu is displayed with options to create Supplier Package and Authorisation Package.

  1. Select the type of package and the respective package creation window is displayed.
  2. Enter values for fields in the Package Creation window. For more information on managing packages refer Creating a Package.

After creating the package the submittal is completed.
