In a project, the resources may be assigned roles according to the demands of the client. For one client the resource may be assigned as a "Project Controller" while in another project the same resource would be assigned as "Project Coordinator". All such positions or roles that is required for assigning is defined here. In addition a cost can be defined for a position. The position created here  is assigned to a resource, when the resource is added to a Project.

To create a project position

1. On the Master window click Project>>Project Position Master.
2. On the tool bar click Create.

3. On the window enter a position code.
4. Enter the position name.
5. Enter cost that will be charged per hour.
6. Click OK to save the values and create the Project Position.

The created project position is displayed in the grid.

Options to remove and edit a Project Type is also available in the tool bar. The value for the property CODE cannot be edited.
