Reassigning Meeting Resources

 When the resources assigned to an action items are no more available in the organization, it is required to reassign resources for Meetings.

To reassign meeting resources

  1. On the Participants window click the more options button.
  2. On the menu click Reassign User.

On the window list of current meeting resources are displayed. 

  1. On the window, click the NEW RESOURCE column corresponding to the resource who is to be reassigned. 

Browse button is displayed. 

  1. Click the browse button to select the new resource from Search User window.

Selected user will be displayed in the column.

  1. Click OK to complete the reassign procedure.

User will be reassigned with the selected ‘Meeting resource’, and all the meeting responsibilities of the ‘Meeting Resource’ who is reassigned, will be transferred to the ‘New Resource’

NOTE: The option Reassign will be available only for minutes in Created, Scheduled and Follow Up status.
