The new correspondence window can be opened from a smart folder or from the global menu.
To open the new correspondence window
1.On the Global menu click Create>>Correspondence.
Compose window is displayed. Along with the compose window, genealogy selection window is also displayed.

2.Select a genealogy from the genealogy selection window.
