WBS that is created when a project is created is listed in WBS Details window.
To view list of WBS
1.On the Global menu click Modules>>WBS.
WBS Details window is displayed.

By default recently created WBS will be listed first. The list can be sorted by clicking the column header. Also there is a facility to search within the list. By typing the required search value in the first row of any of the columns, the list will be filtered based on the value.
