Reporting Problems to WRENCH Support

 

 

 

 

 

While using SmartProject, user may come up with issues which need to be reported to Wrench Support team from SmartProject, rather than going to outlook and reporting from there.

It is possible to redirect to customer support site (Work As One site) so that user can directly pass the issues to WRENCH support team.

To report a problem from SmartProject

1.On the SmartProject Home page click the information icon.

2.On the pop-up menu displayed click Report a Problem.

3.On clicking this option user will be redirected to the login page of support portal Work As One .

Login to the site using Email and Password. From the site user can continue with reporting issues.
