Adding  Meeting Agenda

 

 

 

 

 

Meeting agendas are important part of a meeting. Meeting agendas can be added while creating a meeting. In addition meeting agenda can be linked to the minutes of meeting.

To create an agenda

1.Click the tab Agenda.

2.Click Add.

Agenda entry window is displayed.

3.Enter the meeting agenda and click OK to save the agenda.

On saving the agenda, a serial number is generated automatically for the added agenda. If there are multiple agendas, serial number will be generated based on the sequence in which the agenda is created.

Agenda can be linked to minutes of meeting while creating a meeting minute.
