Security rights for managing File Manager can be defined here.
To assign security rights for File manager,
1.On the Security Center window, select “File Manager”.
Security can be selected at the User or User Group Level.
2.Select “User” or “User Group” Level.
3.Click “Save”.

On selecting the checkbox next to this option, selected users or user groups will be permitted to modify the files in the file manager using the replace option. This is applicable only for users who are outside network and who don't have access to shared path.

Add to WRENCH SmartProject
|
On selecting the checkbox next to this option, selected users or user groups will be permitted to add files from file manager to WRENCH SmartProject.

Share
|
On selecting the checkbox next to this option, selected users or user groups will be permitted to send files through email, directly from the file manager.
