Meeting Type Master

 

 

 

 

In some organizations, meetings are categorized into Internal meeting, Client Meeting, Design meeting, Procurement meeting etc. This helps users to retrieve the meetings easily. Meeting Type Master helps the organization to handle different types of meeting, by defining meeting types and sub types.

To create a meeting type

1.On the Masters window click Others.

2.On the left pane click Meeting Type Master.

Meeting Type master window is displayed.

3.On the window place the mouse pointer over the option Create.

A pop-up menu is displayed.

4.On the menu click Meeting Type.

A window to enter Meeting Type Description is displayed.

1.Enter the meeting type description.

2.Click Save to store the created meeting type.

A meeting type can have different meeting subtypes. A meeting subtype can be created under a meeting type.

To create a meeting subtype

1.On the Meeting Type master window place the mouse pointer over the option Create.

A pop-up menu is displayed.

2.On the menu click Meeting Subtype.

A window to enter Meeting Subtype Description is displayed.

The selected meeting type is displayed here. A different meeting type can be selected from a drop-down list.

3.Enter a meeting subtype description.

4.Click Save to store the meeting subtype.

The subtypes created is displayed below the selected Meeting Type as  shown in the following figure.
