If the transmittal type selected have the setting Publish documents to WrenchXchange on transmittal release enabled, when the user releases the transmittal, all the documents attached (as per the transmittal distribution option) in the transmittal will get published to the WrenchXchange server automatically.
The following properties are published along with the documents:
•Transmittal Reference Number
•Document number
•Document Description
•Document Genealogy
•Project ID
•Sheet Number
•Revision Number
•Approval Status Code
•LCS
•Shared file types (Main Document, Specter, Related files, etc.) as mentioned in transmittal distribution option.
•Custom Properties.
If the document is published successfully when a transmittal is released, the following window is displayed.
If publishing of document fails, the following window is displayed. A notification is sent to the user who released the transmittal.
Here status of the publish operation is displayed as FAILED.
1.Click Publish to Wrenchxchange to republish the transmittal.
Published documents and documents published to the user are displayed in the DocXchange window.
