An RFI is reopened by a user when the RFI Response is not satisfactory to close the RFI. This operation can be performed by RFI Coordinator, RFI Creator or users in RFI Creators origin.
To reopen an RFI
1.On the RFI Details window, More menu click Reopen.

2.Enter reopening notes in the Text Area. Formatting Options may be used in the editor to update the reopening note.
3.Click Attach button to add reopening related attachments.
4.Click Send to send the reopening note. A message Do you wish to send the reopening note is displayed.
5.Click YES to reopen. RFI reopened successfully message is displayed. Status of the RFI changes to REOPEN.
