Close’ option may be carried out by a user from RFI Details UI to accept the RFI Response and close the RFI. This operation can be performed by RFI Coordinator ,RFI Creator or users in RFI creators origin.
To close an RFI
1.On the RFI Details window tool bar click Close.
RFI Closure Note window is displayed.
2.Enter closure notes in the Text Area. Formatting Options may be used in the editor to update the closure note.
3.Click Attach button to add closure attachments.
4.Click Close to accept the response and close the RFI. A message Do you wish to close the RFI is displayed.
5.Click YES to close the RFI. RFI closed successfully message is displayed.
