Send operation is used to send the RFI to the recipients (To and cc Users). If the RFI has an RFI coordinator, ‘Send’ operation is done by the RFI coordinator. If there is no RFI Coordinator assigned, then ‘Send’ operation may be performed by the RFI Creator and users of creators origin.
To send an RFI
1.Click Send button.
2.A message Do you wish to send the RFI is displayed. Click YES.
RFI sent successfully message is displayed.
Status of the RFI changes to OPEN.
