Sometime a document may be used with a Project, Task, Transmittal and Correspondence. On selecting the Usage Information, all these details can be viewed.
Usage information tab also displays the correspondence summary and information if the selected document is a correspondence. Correspondence summary includes MS Outlook Mails, Word documents, scanned PDF with facility to send a reply.
