Transmittal reports are MS Excel sheets to which details like transmittal reference number, document revision number etc. are mapped. This MS Excel sheet is attached to the transmittal prior to releasing the transmittal.

You can attach reports to a transmittal in the following ways

• Attach: Select this option to attach a report already created and saved in a specific location
• Download: Using this option you can export the transmittal template defined in the masters with the mapped values and attach it to the transmittal
