Vendors Receive various reminder or information Notifications during the reverse Bidding operation. Each notification will be sent separately to each vendor as a Wrench notification and an external email. Notifications generated are displayed below.

Bid starting Reminder

A reminder email or notification is sent 15 minutes before the Bid starting date. 

Bid starting Information

A reminder email or notification is sent when the bid has started.

Bid ending information

A reminder email or notification is sent when the bid has ended.

Bid termination information

A reminder email/notification is sent when the bid is terminated.
