Locations master will contain a list of locations where the vendor’s services/ products are required.

To add items to location master

1. In the Master window click Others>>Location Master.
2. In the tool bar click New.

Location Details window is displayed.

3. Enter values for the following fields.

• LOCATION NAME: Enter name of the location.
• LONGITUDE: Enter the longitude coordinates of the location.
• LATITUDE: Enter the latitude coordinates of the location.

4. After entering the values click Save.

Saved Successfully message is displayed. Created location details is displayed in the window.

Editing and Removing location details

User with security rights can edit or remove an existing entry in the location master.

To edit an entry

1. In the Location Master window select the location that is to be located.
2. In the tool bar click Edit.

Location Details window is displayed.

3. Make necessary changes and click Save. Saved Successfully message is displayed.

To remove an entry

1. In the Location Master window select the location that is to be located.
2. In the tool bar click Remove.

Removed Successfully message is displayed. The selected item is removed from the master.
