RFI’s are of legal importance, which is referenced for making crucial decisions during the project. RFIs may need to be managed by different groups of people. For Example: The engineering related RFIs may needs to be handled by the engineering team, while any procurement related RFIs are to be handled by the procurement team. Hence different teams of people may need to have different access permissions to RFIs of their area of work. This necessitate RFIs to be categorized based on the use.
