Global menu is the menu displayed in the left. It is the main menu from where different activities can be carried out.
The items On the Global menu can be configured. This means items in the menu can be removed temporarily and also can be added back to the menu.
Configuring global menu
Items that you want to appear On the Global menu of a user can be defined here. This helps in configuring the global menu according to the requirement of the user. Items that are not used by a user can be removed from the global menu so that only menu items that are necessary for a user will be displayed.
To configure global menu links
1.On the menu bar click Global Menu. (This tab is selected by default.)
2.Select a user or user group.
On Global Menu Links box different menu items are displayed.

3.Select the check box next to an item to include it in the menu.
4.Clear the check box to remove an item from the menu.
5.Click Save to store changes.
Configure Submenu
Submenu refers to the drop-down menu that is displayed when an item On the Global menu is clicked. Items that you want to appear in the submenu can be defined here.
To configure submenu links
1.On the right pane select an item On the Global menu list.

Submenu items for the selected menu are displayed in the Submenu box.
2.Select the check box next to an item to include it in the submenu.
3.Clear the check box to remove the item from the submenu.
4.Click Save to store changes.
