Security rights for managing Change Proposal can be defined here.
To assign security rights for Change Proposal,
1.On the Security Center window, click “Change Proposal”. Change Proposal is the default tab selected.
Security can be provided at the User or User based level.
2.Choose “User” or “User Group” to assign Security Settings.0

Assign/Start/Flush Workflow
|
Selecting this right allow the user to assign a workflow to an object, start the workflow and send the object to first stage in the workflow.

|
Selecting this right allows the user the permission to bypass a workflow stage and move to the desired stage.

Create
|
Selecting this right allow the user to create a Change Request.

Edit
|
Selecting this right allow the user to Manage or Edit a Change Request.

Reassign (Add)
|
Selecting this right allows the user to add resources to a workflow stage.

Reassign (Remove)
|
Selecting this right allows the user to remove resources from a workflow stage.

Reassign Resources
|
Selecting this right allows the user to reassign resources even if the user do not possess the reassign resources right in the workflow module. Also, user may flush the workflow.

Reassign Workspace Items
|
Selecting this right allows the user to reassign items in workspace.

Redirect
|
Select this option to redirect the work to a different stage in the workflow.

Release/Close
|
Selecting this right allow the user to Release/Close a Change Request.

Remove
|
Selecting this right allow the user to Remove a Change Request.
