Security Settings for managing Minutes of Meeting can be defined here.

To assign security rights for managing Minutes of Meeting,

1.On the Security window click on “Minutes of Meeting”.

Security can be provided at the User or the User Group Level.

2.Select “User” or “User Group” Level.

3.Click “Save”.

Different security rights that can be assigned for the Minutes of Meeting is mentioned in the following table.
