As process flow in an organization is to be mapped into SmartProject as Workflow, certain parameters are defined as default for a Workflow. These defaults may be used by the entire organization.
Opening Workflow Defaults
Workflow defaults is selected by default when the workflow master is opened. If it is not selected by default, the workflow defaults can be selected by the user.
To open the Workflow Default,
1.On the Workflow Master window left pane, click Defaults.
The Workflow defaults window is displayed.

Creating default properties for a Workflow
To change the colour scheme of the current workflow,
1.On the Workflow defaults window, click the dropdown buttons next to 'Fore Colour' and 'Fill Colour' to select the new values.
The sample workflow with the selected colour will be displayed.
2.Click 'Save' to store the new colour scheme .
3.Click Default, to set the default workflow colour scheme.
