The process flow in an organization is as mapped into SmartProject as workflow. An Organization can have different Process flow structures for specific activities.
It is recommended that adequate data is collected and the entire organization structure is studied before the SmartProject Administrator designs the workflow.
Opening the Workflow Masters
Workflow Masters can be opened from the Master Home page.
To opern workflow masters
1.On the Masters home page click the option Workflow. Also the Workflow masters can be opened by clicking Workflow, on the more options menu.
Workflow Masters window is displayed.

For easier creation and configuration of Workflows, the workflow masters is divided in to different sub-modules or sections. These sections are displayed on the left pane of the workflow masters window. They are listed below. For more information on the Workflow master sub-modules click the hyperlink.
