Filtering and sorting of users is possible from the user search window. Users can be sorted in the ascending order and descending order. You can further filter the users from the user list window.
To sort users
1.On the user list window click the arrow next to the column heading.

A pop-up menu is displayed with the following options.
•Sort Ascending: Click this option to sort the user name in ascending order.
•Sort Descending: Click this option to sort the user name in descending order.
•Remove Sort: Click this option to remove the sorting.
To filter users
1.Enter an alphabet in the space below the column header. Users whose login name or user name starts with the entered alphabet is filtered out and listed.
2.Scroll down and select the check box to choose a user.
For Example: If you want to filter users whose login name start with alphabet C, in the space under the column Login Name, enter the alphabet C. Users with login name starting with C is filtered out and displayed.

To select user groups
1.Select the radio button next to User Group.
2.Click the Browse button next to the search bar.
User Groups window is displayed. On the window the groups available are displayed.
3.Choose a group by selecting the check box next to a group.
4.Click OK to complete the selection.
NOTE: Procedure for sorting and filtering items in the user group window is similar to carrying out the operation in the User window. Hence it is not mentioned here.
