Workflow

 

 

 

 

 

After creating a task,  a workflow can be assigned to the task from here.

To assign a workflow

1.After entering task properties click Workflow tab.

2.Click the down arrow next to Workflow.

3.Select  a workflow from the list.

4.After selecting the task click Start workflow to start the workflow.

The workflow assigned to the task, workflow stage and stage resources can be viewed here. Workflows can be assigned to WBS Levels so that it can be inherited to the child tasks but it cannot be started on WBS Levels.

You can carry out the following operations from the workflow window.

Send

Redirect

Reassign

Activate

Deactivate

Flush Workflow

Sequencing
