Users can define the operations that is to be available in the options menu of the search results window. Once a set of operations are configured against a user , the items selected will be displayed on the menu. All the operations available in more options menu of document smart folder and document details window is available here.
To select operations
1.On the window under the group Search, click Configure Operation Menu.

2.Select the Object Type from a drop-down list.
Based on the object type selected different operation names are displayed.
3.Select the checkbox next to the required operations.
If there are submenu items available, they are displayed on selecting a menu item. The submenu items can also be selected.
Similarly operations can be configured against different object types.
4.After configuring the operations click Save to store changes.
